Main author and presiding officer (Praeses): Bernhard Heinrich von Germeten conceived the legal content of the text. Defending student (Disputant): Adalbert of Höpfflingen & Bergendorff published the book at his own expense as part of the completion of his studies and publicly defended the theses. Jan František Löw of Erlsfeld (1648–1725), then the university's prominent rector and senior member of both the medical and legal faculties, oversaw the academic propriety of the printing.
